JadeHigh Games ("JadeHigh," "we," "our," or "us") is an independent developer of mobile games, including Sword Defense, Merge Breakout: 2048 Arena, Dig Gem Mining!, and other JadeHigh titles. This Privacy Policy applies to our complete game portfolio, websites, customer support and related services (the "Services").

2. Information we may process
The information processed depends on the game, device, region and features you use. It may include:
- Device and technical data: device type, operating system, app version, language, IP address, network information, crash logs and diagnostics.
- Identifiers and activity: advertising identifiers, installation identifiers, gameplay events, session duration, progress and interactions with ads.
- Purchase information: product and transaction confirmation supplied by the app store. We do not receive your full payment card number.
- Support information: your email address, message, screenshots and other details you choose to send us.
- Approximate location: a general location inferred from IP address where partners provide region-level measurement or advertising.
We do not ask you to provide sensitive personal information to play our current games.
3. Why we use information
We process information to operate and improve the Services, save or restore game progress where supported, provide purchases, detect fraud and technical problems, respond to support, measure performance, comply with law, and show or measure advertising.
Where applicable, our legal bases include performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services, consent for personalized advertising or tracking, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Advertising, analytics and service partners
Our games may use third-party software development kits and services. These partners may process device identifiers, IP address, app activity and advertising interactions under their own privacy policies and your device or consent settings.

We may also disclose information to hosting, security, platform and customer-support providers; to authorities where legally required; or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information for money.
5. Retention, security and transfers
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including security, dispute resolution and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on recognized safeguards for international transfers.
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; and appeal or complain to a regulator. You may reset or limit your advertising identifier, turn off ad personalization, or change privacy permissions in your device settings.

Residents of applicable U.S. states may request details about collection and disclosure, correction or deletion, and may opt out of targeted advertising, sale, sharing or certain profiling. We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising disclosures may be considered "sharing" or targeted advertising under some laws.

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required in a user's country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child without legally required parental consent.
