Technical issue
Restart the game, check for updates and confirm you have a stable connection. If it continues, send the steps that reproduce it.
Purchase issue
Include the Google Play order ID and item name. Purchase refunds and payment methods may also be handled directly by Google Play.
Lost progress
Tell us what level or items were affected and when you last saw the correct progress. Do not uninstall before contacting us.
Privacy request
Use the subject "Privacy Request" and describe the right you want to exercise. We may need limited information to verify the request.
